4. Payment:

  • A deposit is required to initiate the restoration process. Full payment is due upon completion of the restoration. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or additional fees.

5. Changes to Scope:

  • Any changes to the scope of the restoration project must be agreed upon in writing. Additional costs may apply for modifications requested after the restoration process has begun.

6. Parts and Materials:

  • We strive to use high-quality parts and materials in the restoration process. Any specific requests for parts or materials must be communicated before the commencement of restoration.

7. Completion Timeframe:

  • While we make every effort to complete the restoration within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or parts availability issues.

8. Warranty:

  • We provide a limited warranty on the restoration work performed. Please refer to our warranty policy for specific details and conditions.

9. Ownership and Title:

  • The client retains ownership of the Alfa Romeo Spider throughout the restoration process. Title and ownership transfer back to the client upon completion of payment.

10. Liability: – We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the restored vehicle. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle complies with all relevant safety and legal requirements.
